Customer records are stored in GoHighLevel. Within Hartman Plumbing & HVAC, access is limited to the business owner and operations team.


Overseas processing
Our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. HighLevel’s published provider information lists data storage in the United States and services and support in India. Wix states that site-visitor data is first processed in Israel and may be transferred to its other international entities and providers. Retention
Customer records are retained for the term of the warranty that applies to the work or equipment.
